This is the clause that matters, so it comes first rather than last.
Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation, or a binding representation about any specific machine. Specifications are indicative and are taken from the manufacturer’s or the supplier’s documentation; these are used machines and they vary. A binding description, price and terms are given only in a written quotation or Proforma Invoice issued by us.
That is not throat-clearing. This site publishes detailed specifications and no prices, deliberately. Every figure on a machine page comes from a supplier document, describes a model rather than the individual unit in the yard, and a used truck is never exactly its own spec sheet. Check the unit, not the page — ask for photographs of the actual machine, ask for the video call from the yard, and read the Proforma Invoice, which is the document that binds us.
If a specification here turns out to be wrong, tell us. We would rather correct it than argue about it.
What the site is for
Looking at what we have and starting a conversation. You may read it, print it, and share it. You may not copy it wholesale onto another site, scrape it to rebuild the catalogue somewhere else, or present our material as yours.
Our material
The text, photographs, layout, logo and the name AnCheng Export are ours. Manufacturer names and model names — Sinotruk, Shacman, FAW, Beiben, SDLG and the rest — belong to their owners and appear here to say what a machine is. We are not any of those manufacturers and we do not claim to speak for them.
Where a photograph shows a machine carrying another company’s markings, it is there because that is the machine, not because they endorse us.
Availability
We do not promise the site is always up, always current, or free of mistakes. Stock moves; a machine listed here may already be sold. Ask before you plan around it.

Where we link to someone else — WhatsApp, a manufacturer, a shipping line — we are not responsible for what is on the other end and their terms apply there, not ours.
Changes
We update these terms when something changes, and the date at the top moves with them. Using the site after that means the new version applies.
