This page says what happens to your information when you contact us. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
If anything here is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp. We would rather answer the question than have you guess.
Who is responsible
Guangzhou Ancheng International Trade Co., Ltd. Office 101, 1st Floor, Guangzhou Baiyun District Automobile Export Base, China
To reach us about anything on this page, message +86 184 5920 0687 on WhatsApp, or write to the address above. We do not publish an email address for this yet, and we would rather say so than list an inbox nobody is watching.
What we collect, and when
Only these. Nothing on this list is aspirational and nothing is here as a precaution.
When you send us an enquiry through the form
Your name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, your destination port, and whatever you write in the message. It is sent to our own inbox by email, and a copy is sent to you so you have a record of what you asked for.
We ask for a destination port because without one there is no landed cost, only a machine price. We do not need anything else, and we do not ask for it.
When you message us on WhatsApp
WhatsApp is operated by Meta, not by us. Your messages travel through their service under their terms, not ours, and starting a chat means Meta processes that conversation. See WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
What we hold is our side of the conversation: what you asked for, what we quoted, and what was agreed.
When you simply visit the site
Our host, Cloudflare, records ordinary request information — IP address, browser, which page, and when — to deliver the site and to stop abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not sell it.
Things stored in your browser
The colour-scheme switcher remembers whether you chose light or dark. That is it, today. The full list, including what changes when we start advertising, is on the cookies page.
Your information reaches China
We are a Chinese company. When you send an enquiry, it is read and answered in Guangzhou, so your information goes to China. We are not going to bury that in a paragraph about international transfers.
If you are in the EEA or the UK: for an enquiry you started yourself, the transfer is necessary to take the steps you asked for before any contract — answering your question, quoting a machine, arranging shipping. If you would rather we did not hold it, tell us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months from our last contact with you, then we delete it.
Long enough for a slow deal — a truck purchase can sit quiet for a year and come back — and short enough that we are not holding an enquiry from someone who moved on. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.
What you can ask us to do
Ask for a copy of what we hold. Ask us to correct it. Ask us to delete it. Ask us to stop using it. Withdraw a consent you gave. Any of those, by WhatsApp or by post, at the details at the top of this page — not through a form that does not exist.
If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you came to us first, but that route is yours and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Children
This site sells heavy machinery to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not back-date it.
